I attended several of your zoom conferences dedicated to 1) improving the resume, 2) preparing for the interview with the HR manager and CFO, and 3) the process of a job search in the financial area.
With your guidance, I managed to work out my resume, and now I have it in its best form and style, my experience is explicitly described in 2 pages.
All these stages helped me to make a SWOT analysis, to understand how my candidacy can be helpful to the employer and which steps I can make to grow as a financial specialist.

”Татьяна! Хотела вас поблагодарить за марафон. И рассказать мою небольшую историю. В ноябре я пришла к вам на мастермайнд. После этого я последовала вашему совету и написала план к целе: найти работу. Вообще, я думала начать работать только в апреле 2022 когда закончу обучение на accounting certificate. Но случайно наткнулась на объявление, что ищут парт тайм bookkeeper. Я подумала, что нужно попробовать, хотя бы для того, чтобы потренироваться писать резюме и проходить интервью. В итоге, меня взяли и с декабря я уже работаю. Не скажу, что работа мечты,но у меня было очень мало шансов найти даже такую: no experience in accounting at all, not finished certificate, 5 лет перерыв с предыдущего места работы в Россие. Если коротко, то я крайне удивлена чего можно добиться если расставлять правильно цели! И одного мастермайнда хватило чтобы придать мне смелости попробовать. Поэтому у меня большие надежды на то, что я проработала и наметила на марафоне. Хочу вам сказать большое спасибо! У меня была потребность найти такого опытного и позитивного человека. Tatiana, using special techniques, helped me analyze all my strengths and abilities, determine the direction in finding a job in Canada. ”Лично для меня самое главное (как для человека, который только в процессе миграции находится, тоесть, в состоянии полного неведения), что вы даёте возможность найти свои слабые стороны, проработать их, и быть более уверенным, т.к. с Dами неизвестность не такая уж неизвестная)) Татьяна, думаю, если бы вы попали на подобный канал раньше, то с ходу пошли бы искать работу по специальности, вместо survival.
